Resist Monday Blues


Monday, as we all know, is boring. We all affraid of it, even if there is no threat on Monday. Here's 5 ways to resist the Monday Blues :
  1. Have some great plans on Monday night

    Everyone is looking for weekend after the tiredness right? So, we try those theory on Monday. Sketch the Monday night as good as you wish. Have a party, watch a movie, barbeque, or something like that would be nice for you to counter the monday blues. With those plans, you will have an extra booster on the day.
  2. Get Monday's work on Friday

    Most of us leave the rest of Friday's work for Monday. That's an idiot's way to do. The right thing is the opposite, which is, bring Monday's work on Friday just in case if you lost your mood in Monday, you don't have to push yourself on that day.
  3. Warm Up!

    Just like an engine, our brain needs to have a warm up before it goes to its maximum capability. The most easiest thing to do is socialize with your world. Warm up doesn't have to get a riddle puzzle or math case, warm up is equal to get your brain refreshed.
  4. Reconceptualize Monday

    Suggestion is something powerful that can affect your life for sure. Do you ever think why Monday is always be such a tough day? I'm sure you get it.  Let's get a positive thing about Monday.
  5. Let It Flow

    Monday is, sometimes, a truly rough day. I admit it, yes. So what should we do if that even occur? The answer is let it flow. Don't be to pressed with this condition if you wouldn't get stressed. Enjoy the day, enjoy life.
